Customized multi-range pressure-sensitive paper is used to detect pressure distribution and pressure uniformity on the contact surface. After applying pressure, the microcapsules rupture and develop color, with the red imprint becoming darker as the pressure increases. This allows for intuitive determination of pressure magnitude, high-pressure points, and false pressure defects.
It is divided into two types of structures: dual-sheet type (for low and micro pressure conditions) and single-sheet type. The base material is PET film, relying on microcapsule color development chemical reactions to achieve pressure visualization detection.
